My coworkers turned out to be some tough chess opponents so I downloaded a ton of old public domain books. The best part is how these books still contain relevant and interesting strategies for chess. Some were written in the late 1800's.

Currently, I'm practicing with chess problems like the one below from 121 Chess Problems by Joseph William Abbott:

There's also a nifty app with a good collection of problems called, wait for it, Chess Problems.
